Red Sea Project Master Plan
At The Red Sea, we’re creating a new way of developing while keeping responsibility in mind. We’ve partnered with Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo and Buro Happold to plan our destination in a way that protects and enhances the environment for future generations. Our plan is based on extensive environmental studies, including the largest marine spatial planning simulation ever conducted with King Abdullah University of Science and Technology. We’re developing less than one percent of the total area and preserving 75 percent of the islands for conservation. By 2040, we aim to have a net positive impact on conservation by improving key habitats to support biodiversity.
